My name is Karina. I am an Art Director and Visual Designer specializing in designing for social, web, and video platforms. With a foundation in Illustration and a passion for storytelling, I have spearheaded successful campaigns that align a company’s mission with consumer needs.

My career began in retail design, honing my skills in crafting digital assets such as banners, paid advertisements, emails, and DTC websites. More recently, I have led multidisciplinary teams in creating dynamic content and shaping brand identities for diverse lifestyle and publishing companies.

I thrive in environments that value inclusivity and I approach design challenges with empathy. An ultimate goal of mine is to champion cultural diversity by celebrating a wide range of faces, body types, and backgrounds in our visual narratives.

When I am not designing, I attended figure drawing classes, workout, walk my dog and travel to as many beach towns as I can.
